Daniel J. Glassman has spent his entire legal career protecting the rights and claims of individuals who have suffered serious injury and loss. Since 1995, it has been Dan’s passion and privilege to provide aggressive and comprehensive representation to thousands of clients who have sustained damages as a direct result of the wrongful actions of others. Daniel J. Glassman takes great pride and responsibility in giving back to the Gainesville community, where he has lived for more than 35 years.
Dan is currently a Board Member of the American Cancer Society and is the Chairman of multiple fundraising boards that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars that have been used to support and provide research and care for residents of North Central Florida.
He has served as a Director on the Board for the North Florida YMCA, a Big Brother in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program, a volunteer attorney for Three Rivers Legal Services, and a Board Member of the ACLU. Dan is an active coach for youth soccer as well.


Daniel J. Glassman has served as a volunteer instructor at the University of Florida for both the undergraduate program and the Levin College of Law. He has lectured in areas including trial practice, medical malpractice claims, insurance disputes, risk management, and mediation.
Dan’s greatest accomplishment is being a loving husband to Maggie and a devoted father to his children, Ben and Shanna.
